Nice Trophy but Great customer service

Overall a nice trophy for our event. Nice size and design of the base. I was a little underwhelmed with the finish of the base. It was constructed well but there were a few small defects in the wood and they were just painted over. This trophy would be stunning if it were on a piano finished base. I'm happy though.
Customer service was great! I had some special requests for the name plate and those were worked out quickly and I got exactly what I wanted. The better part was I was getting a little concerned about the arrival date since I hadn't received any shipping info. I reached out to them asking why they didn't have a guaranteed date as it says on their website. After saying they only guarantee if you upgrade shipping and that my item was supposed to ship on the following Monday I decided to upgrade to the ground shipping (4 days where I'm at) so I could have it by Friday. They ended up not shipping until Tuesday but upgraded me to 2 day shipping and I had it on Thursday! That upgrade I'm pretty sure cost more than the Item I purchased. On their website it said they will make 99% of their delivery dates and I can verify that! Thank you!

This is a really great cup trophy for any league. High quality and ver substantial. Engraving was perfect. Would definately recommend this award.
