RETURNS POLICY - Items may be returned within 21 days for money back or replacement: - Does not apply to engraved or imprinted items, but if the item can be reused by removing the engraving plate, we will make every attempt to accept the return - Does not apply to special orders, display cases or trophy cases (damage to display cases & trophy cases must be reported at time of shipment to the shipper for credit or return.) - Items must be returned in original condition - A 15% - 25% restocking fee may apply depending on item. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1) What size trophy should I get? There is no rule regarding appropriate size! However, there are some considerations: If this is for a team, you are probably best off with a "growth" trophy (a trophy that comes in several sizes). Many teams play two seasons a year, so leave room to give larger trophies in the future. Our "single column" trophies are very popular. Kids like variety. If you ordered blue trophies with a marble base last season, consider something different this season (ex. red or wood columns, a wood base, etc.). Right or wrong, kids also expect a larger trophy than the last time! If this is for a one-time or infrequent event (ie. star of the play or fantasy league winner), consider a larger, unique trophy style. 2) Should I get a marble or wood base? Marble is slightly more popular, but it is really personal preference. Consider getting something different than the last time! 3) Do you keep records of previous orders? Yes. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need this information! 4) What are inserts? Inserts are discs (most common are 2") that can be used on plaques, trophy tops or in frames to make medals. They come in a huge number of subjects (sports, academic, office, military, etc.) and are a great way to tailor an award to an individual or an event (see our online catalog). 5) Do you give discounts for large quantities? Yes. If you have a large order, it never hurts to ask! While our prices are extremely competitive, if we are able to reduce our costs with a large order, we will give you quantity discounts. 6) What should we get for the coach? Again, this is personal preference, but plaques are clearly the most common gift. Either a small plaque with engraving or a picture plaque (for a team picture) is very appropriate. 7) Do you ship to APO addresses? Yes, via Post Office Priority Mail (typically shipping takes 2-10 days). |
