Pros
- Great work, quick production to ship time!
Cons
- This company does not keep a database of customers other than through order numbers. If you try to re-order through Trophy Central, they cannot look you up via your name or company name...only the last purchase order number. I happened to find it in a year-old email. Other than that, very happy with this company's service!

I ordered a plaque for graduation appreciation, it turned out GREAT! If you want your items quick, just make sure to respond to their emails asap and they will proceed to production. I just wish that the proof would show what it's going to look like with the background and colors (like a better rough layout). But even so, I really like what I got and it's quick delivery with standard shipping. I've ordered personalized stuff from other companies and if you don't pay for expedite, they hold your order until the 3-4 weeks has passed. Don't worry, this place will send it out to you as quick as they can, :-D
