Not only is the product beautiful, the customer service is unbeatable. I placed my order on a Friday afternoon for an item that I needed the following Friday. Because I placed the order on a tablet, some of the fields didn't display properly and the order was incomplete. When I arrived at my office on Monday morning, I had an email on my desk top computer stating that there was a problem with the order and that the item would have to be re-ordered. I was concerned I wouldn't receive the item on time but the helpful staff guided me through the process, made recommendations about shipping choices and expedited the order. The shipping method I chose guaranteed delivery by Friday. I received the item on Thursday!! To say I am satisfied is an understatement. I am thrilled.
